There is beer in the fridge. It's cold. I had some pasta earlier. It was really good. Thank god for the Italians. They really have the whole food thing on lock down. Molto bene. For real.

Anything going on out there? Am I just sending a collection of words into the nothingness? Probably. No biggie. One-way conversations can be fun, too.

How are you? I'm great. How are the kids? Oh really? No shit, that's great news. They've really grown up haven't they? I thought they'd have been in jail or something by now. Guess ya just never know, eh? haha, yeah. That's very true! And yes, she's doing pretty well for herself now. Just got engaged. Yep. To a doctor! How 'bout that? We have a doctor in the family now. Oh, you're telling me! That's the first thing I said, too! Wow. Great to hear from you. Yeah, yeah, we should. Totally. Next time you're around, we'll get lunch. We'll get some fucking lunch. Do you like Italian food?

...Okay. Starting to feel a little crazy. That's the most interesting conversation I've never had in a long time.
